Q: WHERE/WHEN/HOW DO YOU DELIVER?

A: We currently deliver daily to Abu Dhabi and Dubai using temperature-controlled chiller vans.

• Please note that our default delivery option is to leave your thermal bag on your doorstep unless otherwise instructed.

• Please note that orders have to be placed at least 3 days in advance before the expected delivery date.

• Please note that subscription plans include 10 days of delivery and monthly subscription plans that include 20 days of delivery.

• No deliveries will be made on Fridays and Saturdays.
