Payment & Refunds

• Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment

• Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records

• All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties

• We will not pass any debit/credit card details to any third party

• Once you submit your payment, an order confirmation email will be sent to you immediately.

• yummybento has a zero refund policy. However, if you wish to stop your subscription mid-way for any reason, you can send us an email on: Hello@yummybento.com to freeze your subscription for up to 6 months, to restart it later or transfer your credits to a friend.
  
  

Delivery Policy

• We currently deliver to Abu Dhabi only.

• The driver will leave your bag and lunch box at the doormat and you are kindly requested to leave the empty bag and empty lunch box at the doormat for collection on a daily basis.

• We need 48 hour’s notice to process any change of delivery address.
